How long until my order ships?
Every item is made to order. Most orders are printed, checked, and shipped within 2–4 business days. Personalized items can take a day longer during busy seasons.
How long does shipping take?
We ship within the United States. After your order ships, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after shipping (USPS Ground Advantage). You'll get a tracking number by email.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $35 or more ship free within the U.S. Below that, standard shipping starts at $5.99 and is shown at checkout.
Will the color match the photos?
We photograph our products in natural light, but every screen shows color a little differently. If exact color matters, email us before ordering and we'll send a photo of the filament.
Can I get a custom color, size, or design?
Often, yes. Personalized products let you add your text at checkout. For other custom requests, email ranieloaze2908@icloud.com with what you need.
What are your products made of?
Our products are 3D printed in PLA, a plant-based plastic, unless the product page lists a different material.
Do you charge sales tax?
If sales tax applies to your order, it's calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
What is 3D printing, and what should I expect?
We build each piece layer by layer from a digital design. Look closely and you'll see fine horizontal layer lines; that's the normal texture of a 3D print, not a defect. Small cosmetic variations make every piece a little unique.
Are the products heat or dishwasher safe?
PLA can soften above about 130°F, so keep items out of hot cars, dishwashers, and direct heat. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a USPS tracking number.
What is your return policy?
If something arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace or refund it. Unused, non-personalized items can be returned within 7 days. Personalized items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or with an error on our part.
