We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll fix it.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Changed your mind

Unused, non-personalized items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Email us to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive the item.

Personalized items

Because they're made just for you, personalized items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or with an error on our part.
