Shipping Policy

Every item is made to order and ships from the United States to U.S. addresses.

Processing time

Because each piece is 3D printed after you order, orders ship within 2–4 business days. Personalized items may need an extra day in busy seasons. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery time

Standard orders ship with USPS Ground Advantage, which usually arrives 2–5 business days after shipping. Delivery times are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping rates

Orders of $35 or more ship free. Below that, standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on the order:

• Most orders: $5.99
• Larger orders: $8.99
• Large or heavy orders: $12.99

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses served by USPS. We don't ship internationally yet.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we can fix it as long as the order hasn't shipped.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or tracking shows no movement for 7 days, email ranieloaze2908@icloud.com with your order number and we'll help resolve it.
