Every item is made to order. Most orders are printed, checked, and shipped within 2–4 business days. Personalized items can take a day longer during busy seasons.

How long does shipping take?

We ship within the United States. After your order ships, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after shipping (USPS Ground Advantage). You'll get a tracking number by email.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders of $35 or more ship free within the U.S. Below that, standard shipping starts at $5.99 and is shown at checkout.

Will my vials or pens fit?

Each product page lists exactly what the case is designed to hold (for example, standard 3mL vials or 1mL syringes). If you're not sure, email ranieloaze2908@icloud.com with your vial or pen size before ordering and we'll confirm.

Do the cases come with vials, syringes, or medication?

No. We make and sell the cases only. Vials, syringes, pens, medication, and other supplies are never included.
